Shipping Policy — Bottled Happiness

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within PAN India.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us at bottledhappiness123@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date), and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an error, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before the order ships.

Delays
Occasionally, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume (holidays, promotions) may cause delays beyond our stated timelines. We'll do our best to notify you if this happens.
